Timeshare – A Brief Overview

September 28th, 2008 . by admin

To better understand the word “timeshare,” it can help when you cut the word into two – “time” and “share.” Basically, it is a property or the right to use a property wherein various individuals, in a definite period of “time,” “share” ownership over the property. This property is usually a resort condominium unit and anyone can have the right to use it in their specified time interval of ownership. According to a historical account, this idea was first introduced in Europe in the 1960s when a ski resort developer in the French Alps advertised his resort by encouraging guests to "stop renting a room" and instead "buy the hotel." With such a catch, the business of timeshares was a big success and the concept was embraced by developers worldwide from then on – boosting sales of surplus condominium units at a period of time when the travel industry was in crisis.

I failed to catch the business they were partnering in, but it sure seemed like they would do good in body disposing business. The plot was good, but everything else was bad. The cast was like a collection of zombies with no emotions at all.
