The trees, the quite, the beauty of it all. Lake Tahoe located in Nevada or California, depending on your reference, is a world of its own. We rented a home from Tahoe vacation homes and received more than we had ever imagined we could. Located on the lake, we were able to fish, sail or do any of the other water sports one finds interesting. One of our favorite afternoons was when we sailed around the Lake on a large paddle wheel boat. The tour eventually took us to the other side of the Lake to an area they call Emerald Bay. What an interesting story they tell about the place. If you are inclined to experience an enchanting vacation, you must see Lake Tahoe.
