It staff training sessions are held in our company on regular basis. These training sessions are different for different division of company. All such staff IT training sessions are important for increase productivity and quality of work. The training helps us to improve knowledge skills and abilities. Sometimes there some staff training session held for introduction of new developments in IT field. Some sessions are for managers to learn and improve management and supervision skills. Most of the times these sessions are conducted in our company itself or sometimes they send us to some private institutes.
