Keeping your computer clean
June 15th, 2008 . by adminYour computer is a highly complex group of associations. Your computer is running on routines that depend on associations between entries in the registry and programming in the applications themselves. Your registry depends on the associations of this data to be their in the exact way the programs expect it to be there. If for some reason the entry is off even by one space the program doesn’t know how to read it. It sees it as a completely different reference and ignores it. This is why you get the long hour glass as it keeps trying. Registry cleaners can actually scan the routines of the program (runs it then picks up what it is trying to find) and then compare it against the actual entry in the registry and can detect simply differences and can “fix” the problem by rebuilding the link minus the space etc..
