Most companies employ anywhere from 4-8 Human resources personnel (not major corporation office building but on site management HR offices) that can do an extraordinary amount of record keeping and administrative management tasks. The do this because of hr management software that is both easy to use and powerful to implement in the internal network. Without this type of software companies would have to hire more employees and resources to do the same job. Using the computer and cleaver management software is not only efficient and cost effective it is extremely important to a companies productivity and growth. How they did all this before computers I don’t know.. I wouldn’t want to have to work back then!
