Create a Website Fast

I know this must be true because there are so many people and things out there to do these days, but I wonder if that will be true for me. I want to create some free websites, but I feel like it will take me more time to complete it than it takes all those people who know more about computer and online stuff. I know that once I visit the site, I will be able to tell what I am supposed to do.
Obviously if it is for business it has to look professional, clean cut no silly gimmicks or stupid fonts – has to be legible and of course you have to have your terms and conditions, privacy policy, business details etc displayed and most important keep it uptodate. Nothing worse than going on a website which is completely out of date. As for registration, use Nominet and if you have a name that you definitely want to protect and not have used by others, buy it in all formats, i.e. .org .com .co.uk .net etc etc.
