My friend, Marie, just recently posted a picture on the internet. I checked the photo and made a comment, albeit lovingly and jokingly, that she gained a little bit of weight. She replied back agreeing to what I have said. She also mentioned that she is planning to do some fast weight loss diet. Weight has always been a problem in my family. It is very hard to control especially when it almost feels hereditary. My mother and I had decided to find the best weight loss diet and stick to it. We did a lot of research on which diet would fit our lifestyle. We decided to try a diet that involved eating as much food as we wanted but only certain kinds of foods. Basically, lean meats, vegetables, fruits, and fat-free dairy products. It took us about a month to get used to eating fat-free foods but we now we can’t tell the difference.
