August 6th, 2009 . by admin

Back and Shoulder Pain

March 22nd, 2009 . by admin

I have dealt with my back and shoulder pain for awhile and to be quite honest I just figured it was one of those things that I would have to deal with now that I am getting older. A friend of mine was telling me though that she goes to a chiropractic office about once a month for a quick adjustment and then she feels great for the month. Is this something that I should look into? It may be worth the time and money for me to go in once in awhile just to get a little relief from the constant pain.

Our Online Backup Solution is Saving Us Time and Money

March 4th, 2009 . by admin

When my husband and I decided to back up certain files in our computer we tried doing it via CD. Initially we were going to backup some financial files every day, but after about a week we realized how problematic and time consuming (not to mention expensive) it was getting. We decided to try an online backup solution that allowed us to backup only the files that we wanted. Because there were only a couple of files, we qualified for the free services which covers up to 2 gigs of information. I am so glad we made that choice, it is saving us both time and money.

I Got Him Some Cigars Online.

November 19th, 2008 . by admin

My husband smokes cigars and since we live in a rather small area there aren’t any nice smoke shops anywhere around here. That is why I tend to get most of his Cigars Online. That way he can choose from a lot of different brands and kinds of cigars and we don’t have to travel to the closest bigger city to get them. That saves us time and money, and since we get the cigars in large quantities we usually save even more. We like shopping online a lot, in fact we get most of our goods from the Internet, it serves us well.

Don’t Waste Time With Web Traffic “Shortcuts”

November 13th, 2008 . by admin

When you first start your own web business, you may be eager to start drawing lots of traffic to your website and generating sales as soon as possible. However, listen to the best of the internet business tips for beginners and newbies and don’t waste time (and money) on the web traffic “shortcuts” you’ll inevitably run into. Beware of software programs that promise to generate greatly increased traffic to your website and so improve your search engine rankings, only to find out that the increased traffic is simply a facade built up by autobots within the software. This will only hurt your business in the long run, perhaps improving your rankings temporarily, but then resulting in your pages being revoked from the search engine.

Seismic Retrofit

August 22nd, 2008 . by admin

We get more and more requests to retrofit historical buildings. These buildings were soundly built using the technology available at the time but their unreinforced masonry construction will not withstand the forces generated by an earthquake or other seismic action. We have been able to insure preservation of the buildings historical integrity and provide safety for those in and around the building by doing our calculations using structural engineering software. We do this with confidence after having double checked the software output with our own manual calculations. Now we strictly use the software and are able to save in both time and money.

How much does this cost?

August 10th, 2008 . by admin

I would really like to learn Russian, but I don’t have the time and money to take classes at a university or private lessons with a language instruction company. I have heard that there are some websites for learning Russian online, and I was wondering how much this costs. Is it expensive to study a language online? And does this really work well? I don’t know how effective it would be, I guess it would depend on the format of the lessons. Where can I learn more about this option, since it sounds interesting to me and I would love to find out more about it?
