My husband and I had a successful land investment business for five wonderful years. We enjoyed seeking out desirable plots of land and improving them. However, the real estate market bust took us to the brink of financial ruin. We hired a chapter 7 bankruptcy San Diego Attorney to assist us with the best course of action. We are so happy we did. It was one of the most difficult periods in our lives. With the help of our incredibly knowledgeable chapter 7 bankruptcy San Diego attorney, we quickly were relieved to learn our options. We should have gone sooner and that is what I would recommend for any business person who feels overwhelmed by company financial problems.

Money mag has rated us as one of the best places to live in the country. It looks like it was based on test scores, income, job growth and housing prices. I’m not at all surprised, I have always thought we were an undiscovered treasure here.
I guess the secret is out, we aren’t undiscovered anymore! My kids graduated here and I am a Bountiful realtor I think the housing prices are awesome. You can buy a huge home for a great price. In fact, the real estate market here has remained impervious to the real estate turmoil plaging the rest of the country right now.

With millions of homeowners behind in their mortgage payments, loss mitigation short sale deals are beginning to look more appealing to all parties involved. In the end, the bank is accepting a loss on a property that would otherwise have a higher value if the economy was not on the brink of disaster. These types of deals would not be as appealing if the real estate market had not tanked. many people are seeing their home values plummet as others are adversely affected by job loss and tricky mortgages that are adjusting to balloon payments that the average citizen cannot afford.

I thought that it might be a fun idea to try to buy one of these fixer-upper homes and see what I could do to make some good money from it. At the time, I bought a home in a neighborhood that was definitely in need of some tender loving care. We put a great deal of our own money into it and when it was ready to be “flipped” and put back on the market, that is when the real estate market tanked. I am wondering if I need to look for property tax appeal lawyers to help me get the most from the home when I try to sell it.
