Know about Prmigrvida

October 31st, 2011 . by admin

The operation is performed at the 37th to 38th week in older primigravida. in the multiparous woman with a bad obstetric history, or if the fetus is unduly large. On the day of operation, breakfast and the usual insulin dose are omitted. The following system assessing the period of gestation is open to fallacy, because the size, number of fetuses and amount of amniotic fluid vary, but is a convenient, useful method so long as its limitations are appreciated. The diastolic pressure should recorded at stage 4 the muffling stage. A blood pressure of 130/80 is viewed with suspicion. Medical Coding Billing Training. is very useful service as it will help in the collections and also for the amount that is pending from the payers and patients

It Was Fun To Learn Tai Chi

April 29th, 2009 . by admin

A few months ago I was really discouraged when I left my doctors office.  My annual physical showed that my cholesterol and blood pressure were up and I needed to lose some weight.  My doctor was concerned about these numbers since she knew that I a very stressful job.  He suggested some changes that I should make to my diet, prescribed some medication and suggested that I learn tai chi.  He told me tai chi would improve my balance, agility and increase my circulation.  Additionally, tai chi is known to be an excellent stress reliever.  I have really enjoyed learning it and have been having a great time.

How Smoking Causes Stroke And Heart Attack

January 11th, 2009 . by admin

Smoking is a major risk factor for heart diseases. Smoking causes a fatty build-up called plaque in the blood vessels. These fatty deposits result in narrowing and eventually blockage of the blood vessels. If the blood supplies in blood vessels that lead to the brain are blocked, the brain cells will die resulting in a stroke. Similarly when fatty deposits block the blood vessels leading to our heart, the tissue in that area will die and hence, a heart attack occurs. In addition, the process is accelerated with increased blood pressure as it causes thickening and narrowing of blood vessels thus increasing the likelihood of blockage. Quit smoking and heart disease risk will decrease.

MD slams joint pain supplements

May 29th, 2008 . by admin

It seems like the medical community are so full of contradictions on the topic of joint pain and the treatment for it. Amazing how one MD slams natural supplementation while his fellow MDs perscribed Vioxx, Bextra, and Celebrex for millions in cash and free lunch from the drug reps. This is amazing. Most people have benefitted from Glucosamine and Chondroiton after taking Vioxx for months until the blood pressure became chronically high. Prescription drugs in the category known as COX-2 inhibitors, or pain relievers such as acetaminophen (Tylenol™) or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (Aleve™) carry some serious side effects.

Your Blood Pressure Reading Is Too High

January 25th, 2008 . by admin

My sister called me a few months ago to chat about a few things. Eventually, the discussion focused on her health and she told me something that almost made me faint. I managed to keep my cool and wanted to know how her blood pressure reading could be so high. She noted that her doctor had her on multiple drugs to bring the pressure down, but the more drugs her doctor prescribed, the more resistant the pressure became. The long and short of this story is she had to go to a specialist to get her pressure down. This too proved futile because her pressure remained over 200 and it was beginning to threaten her vital organs. But fortunately for my sister she took my advice and booked an appointment with a naturopath. The naturopath offered simple homemade remedies like soaking her feet in epsom salts once or twice a week. Her blood pressure finally relented and she began having readings around 160. While this is still not good, it is a good start.
