The Tippman A-5 is one mean purchase especially when you’re a recreational player. Though it has minor setbacks, all in all, it’s one efficient weapon. For a mid-priced recreational paintball gun, the A-5 lives up to Tippmann’s reputation of reliability while continuing to offer one of the highest rates of fire and accuracy. As a matter of fact, ball breaks in its hopper are virtually unheard of and even misfires due to misfeeds are uncommon. The Tippman A-5 features an easy field stripping (one area that Tippman was known to be weak in before). While this marker is ideal for the recreational paintballer, it may be too bulky to be useful for tournament players. Another advantage of the A-5 is its tons of upgrades and alternate parts available especially when you get bored with your gun’s configuration.
