If you want to take a trip into the days of old you should schedule a ride on the Branson Scenic Railroad. It is a beautiful trip. Living close to Boone I have made several trips out over the Kate Shelly bridge. They have a dinner excursion that is to die for. Great food, a pleasant ride, and wonderful scenery, but the scenery there doesn’t hold a candle to the Branson trip. Be sure to bring your camera as the vistas are breath taking! I have many CDs full of great shots that I share with all my family and friends and they actually appreciate them. Not like the old slide shows of vacations from years past!
