Sports Supplements took me to my plateau
July 20th, 2008 . by adminI think it is time for me to get serious about looking at what sports supplements to take to aid my weight training, I feel I am coming to a bit of a plateau and could do with a little something to help kick start my progress. I think a good protein powder is first and fore most on my list. I am really struggling to get the quoted 200g a day most people recommend I need. So with that base covered I think the next most important thing has to be a top class creatine. I am looking at BSN No-Xplode as it seems to get really good results for every body who takes it. Hope it does for me too!
