So if you’re serious about wanting to burn fat, then you spend less time wasting your time with boring bodybuilding routines (ie. 3-4 sets of chest and back) and spend more of your workouts targeting full body movements that actually produce awesome fat burning results.

    Welcome to the Fascist States of America. Just like the Nazi book burnings, our government is complicit a most evil form of censorship. I guess they would argue that since the Pentagon paid for 48,000 copies, they were just excercising their right to “free speech.” What a sick joke. Where is this leading us and where will end?
