Fencing is an age old sport that is rapidly growing in popularity. New clubs are popping up everywhere across the country with the majority of them being sponsored by colleges and universities. However, as more and more people are being introduced to this sport, there is an increasing want and need for instructional clubs that cater to children and adult beginners. These types of clubs recognize that most participants have never fenced before and probably do not own their own equipment. For this reason, clubs usually offer rental equipment or include it in the fee for the lessons, which is usually very reasonable.
