Watching Students Improve is Rewarding

January 3rd, 2010 . by admin

I have been a teacher of 3rd graders for a number of years; it is very encouraging when a parent takes my advice to heart. Timmy, one of my students had been having a very difficult time in reading, so I spoke to his parents and suggested they purchase phonics software. My reasoning was simple, Timmy needs to improve his reading, and software is one of the best ways to reach a child. They understand computers and software, so in one sense, you are speaking their language. Today during story telling, Timmy actually raised his hand to read the next section and he has improved dramatically.

The screen sharing program is open and the principal knows the pass to all the school computers. These students are really stupid cuz they should know how to disable screen sharing. I do this all the thime
