First of all, you need to choose a topic which you are familiar with. You should be able to do extensive research on it. After that consult some old thesis or disserations on similar topics and try to find out how they have maintained the structure, line of abstract and other things in their thesis.
Planning Your Thesis in the exact standard form. Collect enough information on your subject and assimilate them in a synchronic order. Once you are through with all the basics, start your drafting and write the thesis.
After you complete 4-5 pages, you need to read it. This will help you evaluate you the writing- if it is easy for the reader to understand or not. In this way you can save time of rewriting a whole thesis if your ideas are not clear.
