Student credit cards can teach the responsible use of credit
February 13th, 2008 . by adminWhile many people seem to be under the impression that student credit cards are a very bad thing, I am of the opposite opinion: they can actually be very helpful. If managed and used properly, these credit cards can actually help to teach our younger people the responsible use of credit — which is an extremely important skill in our credit-conscious society. We will never teach our kids how to use credit properly I simply restricting access to it — as soon as they are able to get it on their own, they will, and if they have not learned how to handle it properly they will bring disaster upon themselves.
