Running to Court
April 27th, 2009 . by adminAs a Long Island probate attorney I have finally found a good way of dealing with job stress. I have never had a regular exercise routine, but recently I began to run. I started doing a few races on the weekends and really came to enjoy the events. They are just a lot of fun. Now I go out on my lunch break each day. There is shower in the bathroom in the basement of the courthouse. So I race back to court and quickly shower before returning to work. I have dropped several pounds and I feel better than ever.
3. Close your legs back up again before running to prove all that leg spreading and puffing was useless
