In the area that I am from there are only a handful of jobs to pick from. There is fast food, retail and of course industrial jobs. I think everyone have either worked for or have family working at a manufacturing plant at some point in time. I remember the place before it had these jobs. So many families were without basic necessities and trying to find a job was almost impossible. It has made a world of difference in my town. My husband works as a electrician at the local plant and he loves it. I think that man was borne with a wrench and wiring in his hands. It was through his training at a local school for industrial skills that he was able to find a great job and provide for his family. I am very proud of him.
