Exercise Outdoors: My Hiking, Fishing, And Camping with Grandparents. It Rocks.

Exercise outdoors could be exciting and refreshing. You could buy an expensive treadmill but run on it in your room without exposure to the sun or the fresh air. There are so many exercises you could do outdoors. It does not have to a resort or a beach, or a mountain, your back yard or balcony would do. Breathe the free fresh air. Give yourself more space to exercise. Enjoy a sunny spring day. They are good for you. Even fishing would not be a bad idea. I have heard that some people consider hunting as an outdoor exercise. It could be if you like hunting. Some people think hiking in a mountain is exciting. It also helps clean your body. No matter what you like or where you like to go, outdoors workout never hurts. My grandmother used to do yoga in the backyard. When the weather was good, she would bring the mat to the grass and practice for about an hour every day. She sometimes had little family dance parties in the backyard. It was a popular family activity among the family and relatives. Whatever you do, make sure you are safe and enjoy it.
