Sacramento Property Management Says, No Pest Allowed
May 5th, 2010 . by adminDuring our first month of stay in our new apartment here in Sac-Town, we were pestered by these weird creatures situated in our attic. They were some kinda bugs, and they were HUGE! I don’t want my kids to play around the house with these creatures loitering around. So I reported this case to Sacramento Property Management immediately. They respond fast and did some effective actions to eliminate those pests. After that, there were pests no more. I guess Sacramento Property Management bugged these creatures off. LOL

yes its CITY property not PUBLIC property. just becasue its owned by the city, doesn’t make it public property. for the same reason you’re not allowed to put up signs on telephone poles. and there are certain rules that apply to your property and the city’s property. just like how you are responsible for shovling snow off the side walk in front of your house. its city property, but you are responsible for it.
