Mortgage Loan Payment Adjustable Rate
August 28th, 2010 . by adminI purchase my home six years ago, and I chose an adjustable mortgage. I was not educated on the buying procedures. I knew I wanted a home with minimal down payment. I got a good interest rate, and I was happy. However, the adjustable interest rate changed to a higher interest rate. I struggled to make my mortgage payments, but it got too high. I could no longer afford my mortgage loan payment. I contacted my lender for a loan modification recently, and they were able to help me obtain a fixed mortgage payment. I am happy that I am able to keep my home.
