Investing Settlement Money

I was injured in an accident that was not my fault and it left me permanently partially disabled. I could not return to my job but wanted to find a way to earn income. I decided to look into the possibility of investing some of my settlement money in Wholesale Real Estate. I have been talking to a friend of mine that is a real estate broker and he has given me a few leads on some really great looking properties that are currently on the market.
