The architect in the bay area was producing these 3d renderings and obviously it was the kind of contract he wanted. They asked him why and the answer was simple. In Los Angeles or San Francisco there is only one great architectural rendering team and he works with them. Therefore the most confident architect gets the prize of the best projects around. 3d renderings are very solid way to market an architectural office and makes the architect look good.
