We are hiring a consultant to look into this issue for us. She is going to be able to tell us what we can do to improve. I know that she may mention our warewashing equipment. It is very out of date and tends to increase our customer wait time. I think we may have to purchase new equipment so that our customers can get faster service. It may increase business quite a bit.
