Heading to the Summit
September 3rd, 2008 . by adminWhen the group of us first set out, I wondered if I had brought the right gear for this kind of hike. We were getting ready to hike Mt. Kitahdin, and it is a bit of a climb. The northeast is known for it’s cold nights, so I brought a warm sleeping bag. There were other sleeping bags to choose from, but I knew that at the end of a long hike, I would want to be warm. My friends seemed to agree as they all brought similar bags. I ended up being fine, and they all agreed that it was a great time
