I have a number of pals who work in the city and like to play the large one – billy big bananas, flashing their cash on nights out, wearing flash suits, driving expensive cars. They seem to be living it up, but I do believe they work hard and many seem to burn out early and take a less stressful job. We all hear about fund managers and so on taking home extraordinary bonuses and there can be few of us who wouldn’t mind a piece of the action. I have started to take a stab at forex trading – I don’t expect to make billions but am learning currently on a practice account so am not trading with actual funds. I am doing OK, turning a small profit. I am not quite confident enough to start trading with my hard earned, but I can see myself being experienced enough in a couple of weeks.
