Last year when I was doing my kitchen remodel I had some hard choices to make. I had had a vinyl floor for years and it seemed to work;however it was tearing in a couple of places and I knew I wanted to get a new floor. The contractor suggested I Redo kitchen Flooring all the way. He said he liked the idea of me installing hard wood flooring all the way around. He also suggested that I get a three inch baseboard as opposed to a two and a half inch baseboard. Overall I liked his ideas and I will probably go with them.
