Developers will also reap benefits since good location means higher selling price for them. Restaurants, cafes, and other services around senior citizen housing will enjoy the benefits because people will come to their place. Even hotels can get benefits when family members visit their elderly loved ones and stay there.

depends on the base, your paygrade, your bedroom entitlement and the condition of the units. some places have waiting lists that are a year long..others you can get in immediately. some housing sucks raw eggs, others have nice new units.
housing can be on the base itself or any where within a certain radius.. In San Diego there was housing as far as 45 minutes away from the 32nd St Naval base, for instance.
if on Military Family housing is not available you will get BAH and can live in town.
