One great solution to free up space in the kitchen is to invest in a built in microwave. About a year ago, I did just that. I was tired of having to work in a cramped limited space in my tiny kitchen, so I started thinking about ways to make it more roomy. My microwave oven was the biggest thing sitting on my counter, so I decided to move it overhead. It was the best decision I ever made. Now, I have the extra room I always wanted.
