One of the biggest obstacles you can face after an ex leaves you is self doubt.  You are probably scarred by the break up and beginning to wonder if it was your fault.  But focusing all of your thoughts on what you did wrong is counter productive.  If you really love her then you should be plotting a strategy to save what you had.  There are plenty of ways to get your ex back, but none of them work if you lack the confidence to take a stand.  Believe in yourself and change your mindset to achieve the results you desire.
