My mom love to bake and I plan to get a new kitchen mixer for my mom as her coming birthday present. I am researching and reading through few mixer reviews websites to see whether I can find something that is suitable to be used by my mother. I’m looking for a lightweight mixer that is not too heavy to carry, I think she will definitely appreciate lighter kitchen mixer. Anyway, she love to bake even though that I keep telling her not to do too much of work and just enjoy her retirement. Instead, she nags me about everything! Well, I hope she will like my present though:)
