I tend to do lots of baking a lot of the time. If I could, I would spend each and every single day baking anything and everything I wanted! As you might expect, I scoured the stores for the best mixer I could buy when I required a new one. Space is restricted in my kitchen, so I have to use a hand mixer, which is littler than a stand mixer. The big punch my mixer packs conclusively contradicts its laughably little size though. I can set up anything from bread dough to chiffon batter thanks to its speeds. My sponge cakes constantly turn out light and airy thanks to my mixer.
