If you have white blinds, and you need to clean them up a bit then the best way to do so is going to be with softscrub. Its not really that hard. You just add a little sodt scrub to your rag, and then start rotating lightly on the blinds until the stain you are trying to pull up comes out. Make sure not to press hard so the light grit that already exists does not hurt the blinds and do damage itself.

 Soft scrub works great on just about any horizontal blinds, and also works well on other types of shutters, but should not be used on actual fabric of shades, because this will damage them. Shades require a more delicate process.
