My husband and I recently moved in to a new house.  This place was a real fixer-upper.  We deep cleaned the entire place, and it looked a lot better, but there were a few things we just could not salvage.  The Window Blinds were sun-rotted and dirty.  They had orange and yellow stains from fly droppings, and they were pretty broken.  We had to replace all the blinds in the house.  We also had to replace a lot of the carpet and a toilet in one of the bathrooms.  We gave the walls a new coat of paint.  By the time we were through with all the renovations, the house looked fairly new.
