My mother and I have been working together to get in better shape. She had let herself go for quite some time now, and thought it was about time to get her shape back. I had just had a baby a few months ago, and now am wanting to look like I did before I got pregnant. We both realize that it will take some hard work, and we are very willing. We came across a fatloss4idiots review on the internet that had some great advice for us to follow. I believe that we can do it in a healthy way, and I am looking forward to it.
