Working My Oblique Muscle

Yesterday, I tried to do some exercising on my obliques because I want to get rid of the flab in that particular area. So I and my brother did a lot of ab twisting exercises in order to workout that muscle. We had some weights and would twist from side to side in order to burn the fat and work the muscle in the obliques. But after we worked out the oblique muscle, we decided to do some traditional stomach crunches. When ever I do my ab crunches now, I usually do them on a fitness device called the ab rocket machine. This device helps you do the perfect ab crunch.
