For many years I refused to believe the claims made about various types of hair loss solutions — I thought they were all scams — instead, I wore a hairpiece (a toupee, to be exact). But about a year ago a close friend confided to me: “You know, you really look ridiculous wearing that thing — and everybody knows that it’s a toupee.” His heartfelt comment made me sit up and take notice — I realized that I would have to find a better solution to my hair loss problem. I checked with my doctor, and he recommended a good treatment program — and a year later, my scalp has never looked — or felt — better.
