Stick With A Routine For At Least 4 Weeks

You need to give your routines a chance to work your muscles. As long as your muscles keep growing, strengthening, toning or whatever your intended goal is; you keep on using that routine. And then when things stop working, change your routine. That’s why you need to stay on a routine for at least 4 weeks and if the routine keeps on working, keep using it. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
