One major defect of high dosage of Omega 3 fatty acid is Hemorrhagic stroke as well as extensive bleeding , and reduced glycemic control over diabetes. There has been a link of Omega 3 fatty acid with cardiac arrest through insufficient blood circulation because of blockage of blood routes by Omega 3 fatty acid. Omega 3 fatty acid also increases the LDL cholesterol which is also known as bad cholesterol in the human system. Immune system responses to inflammation will also be reduced significantly with the high concentration of Omega 3 fatty acid in the system
