Preventing Snoring

Snoring can be caused by a myriad things (and can be cured by stop snoring remedies).  If you are too fat then this will cause you to start snoring.  Your heaviness puts heaviness on your neck which clogs your esphagus which introduces snoring.  If you inhale tobacco then you will probably have snoring issues.  Being asleep viewing at the housetop becomes  to snoring.  When you are in siesta not on your sides looking up at the roof your tounge can occasionally slump toward the rear and slightly obstruct your neck.  This business introduces  to snoring.   Becoming older can in addition to produce snoring because as you get on in years  your pharynx becomes increasingly tight. Lozenges you swallow to fall asleep can become snoring because they relax your thorax muscles which may introduce a restricting of your throat.
