Not All Indianapolis Fitness Classes Are Dull
November 2nd, 2009 . by adminI have been working on losing weight for the last four years. It has been a long road, but I have lost a little over 100 pounds. Since I don’t ever want to return to that weight or lifestyle I work out almost every day. I was getting really bored with the normal stuff at the gym and was looking for something different. Thats when a friend of mine invited me to join her at some really fun Indianapolis fitness classes. They are not held in a gym, but in parks. They’re not you average classes, they’re like mini boot camps.
I love my city. Maybe its not for everyone, but Indianapolis is my home city. I take great pride in it.
