Men’s Fitness for All Types
November 23rd, 2009 . by adminMy husband is a history teacher, and he loves his job. He cares about his students and is always so excited to find a new article on some historical event or person. I am so proud of how he goes the extra mile to see his students succeed. However, there is one area I would not give him an A+ in. He does not seem willing to work on his own health issues. I have told him repeatedly, that fitness for men becomes even more important as they approach middle-age. I think he’s beginning to listen. Yesterday, I heard him talking about walking home after school instead of taking the subway. Maybe I’ll have to raise his grade.
