Medifast – Satisfying Weight Loss

Medifast is a diet plan that is made up of five meal replacement products per day in the form of shakes, supplement bars, oatmeal, pudding and soup. You are also allowed one meal per day as a “lean and green” meal which is about 5-7 ounces of lean mean or protein and up to two cups of salad or other green vegetables. You eat on this diet every 2 or 3 hours. Further, it is very important you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water every day. Throughout your weight loss, you are only consuming 800-1000 calories per day, but the meal plans are satisfying enough that it won’t matter.
