Looking for Weight Loss Programs that Really Work

June 23rd, 2009 . by admin

I have been trying to lose weight for over a year now. I have lost some weight but nearly as much as I would like. I still have a ways to go. I have been looking online for weight loss programs that really work. I have come across a few programs that sound interesting. One in particular that looks like it might be worth trying is fat loss 4 idiots. From what I have read, a lot of people have lost a bit of weight using this program. I have also read that it is easy to follow which is even better!

I am actually using the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet right now. I have finished the first 11 day cycle, and lost 8 lbs. Today was my first day of the 2nd 11 day cycle, and I'm hoping to shed another 8 this time around too.

In any case, it depends on what foods you choose in the online diet generator. You have your choice of a large list, and you can pick up to 30 foods total. The computer arranges them into an 11 day menu.

But, here are the things on the list for my four meals today. Keep in mind that you can eat as much of anything on the menu as you want, you just can't stuff yourself or overeat. You can also eat the meals on the menu in any order (i.e., meal 3 first, meal 1 second, meal 4 third…etc.). You also don't have to eat everything on the menu if you don't want to.

    Meal #1:

    # Tuna Salad Plate
    # Roast Beef Slices
    # Fresh Grapefruit

    Meal #2:

    # Bacon Strips
    # Hard Boiled Eggs

    Meal #3:

    # Sausage Links
    # Turkey Slices

    Meal #4:

    # Scrambled Eggs
    # Regular Cheese Slices
    # Fresh Strawberries

Your menu is sure to look completely different depending upon the foods chosen and computer generation. Plus, this is just one day out of the 11, and the arrangement of foods is never the same.
