Looking for Reviews for a Strong Appetite Suppressant

But I am tired of being overweight and am ready to get serious about losing weight. I am looking for reviews for a strong appetite suppressant. I know that just a basic one will not be enough to help me. I need something stronger. And I want to make sure that whatever I buy will work for me. If I can find reviews and testimonials then I will know if a product is good or not.
