Jessica and Marty have been married for five years.  They wanted to have some fun before they decided to have a family and so they have developed a very active social life.  The only problem is that virtually everything they do socially somehow includes drinking.  If they were moderate drinkers this wouldn’t be a problem.  Since, however, they drink quite heavily, they are starting to notice some definite alcohol-related problems in their lives.  In fact, things have gotten so bad that Jessica recently asked Marty if either of them could be exhibiting some of the signs of alcoholism.  Marty didn’t know the answer to Jessica’s question and so he suggested that they make an appointment with one of the therapists at the local alcohol rehab clinic to find out more about their drinking situation.
