It Was Fun To Learn Tai Chi

My annual physical showed that my cholesterol and blood pressure were up and I needed to lose some weight. My doctor was concerned about these numbers since she knew that I a very stressful job. He suggested some changes that I should make to my diet, prescribed some medication and suggested that I learn tai chi. He told me tai chi would improve my balance, agility and increase my circulation. Additionally, tai chi is known to be an excellent stress reliever. I have really enjoyed learning it and have been having a great time.
