How Do I Avoid Fingernail Fungus?
July 2nd, 2009 . by adminI saw an old high school friend last week and I felt very bad for her that she had a bad case of fingernail fungus and she was obviously embarrassed about it. It started me thinking, how do I avoid getting it? It seemed terrible to be hesitant to just shake someone’s hand or show them your hands in any way. I know that it can affect anyone and I am curious what steps I may be able to take to ensure that i never get an infection on my toes or on any of my fingers. I would hate to live with that every day.
